The following steps show you, how you can reset your own password for Moodle. Please be advised that once you change your password, the password for Office/Microsoft 365, desktop and Microsoft Teams will also get changed to the new one.
1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
2. Put your username that starts with your Student ID number.
Sample: QFCxxxxxxx@student.queensford.edu.au
Sample: xxxxxxx@student.axisinstitute.edu.au
3. Input the letters/numbers given in the captcha, to complete automated human verification.
4. Select a reset method, either answer the security questions or verify with a code in your personal email address.
5. Once you have put the code, input your new password.
