When logging into Moodle or Microsoft 365 using Queensford College login details, you might see an error that says, "Something went wrong".
This is due to the new device management policies at Queensford College. Note that this only happens in Windows laptops and computers.
To fix the issue please follow the below steps:
- Go to Settings in your computer. Press the windows button and search for Settings.
- Go to Accounts.
- Select Access work or school.
- Click on Queensford College account.
- Click on Disconnect.
- Follow the necessary prompts to ensure that the account is disconnected.
